Saturdays, in our neck of the woods, have been taken over by basketball. We spend the majority of our mornings and afternoons bouncing between the girls' practices and games. It's time well spent though. I love watching my girls in new situations and watching how they respond. In basketball Emma is a little timid and quiet but very, very determined to do her best.
Ali, on the other hand, is a crazy little bundle of...well...crazy. She loves to run and runs full speed at all times. In fact, when dribbling the ball slows her down she just drops the ball and continues to run...and run...and run. She runs so fast she probably doesn't hear the audience rolling with laughter. She also has a crazy grin on her face at all times and isn't afraid to dive into the action...that is when she is actually paying attention.
The girls have been lucky to always have their own personal cheering section filled with Dave and I, grandparents galore and of course this little guy.
He loves to point and yell "sissy" and clap like crazy in between slurping up his beverage of choice and shoveling animal crackers and orange pieces into his mouth. Whatever keeps him happy, I say.
