Afternoon shooting and BBQ

This is actually a continuation of the previous blog. After our morning hike up waterfall canyon yesterday we took Emma home for a short nap and then headed to Brigham to meet Spencer. Spencer took us (my little family and Jess and B's little family) shooting up near Idaho. He brought some of his "big guns". They were a lot of fun to shoot. It was a nice change from our 22.

Spencer was so cute with Emma. While dave was helping me shoot one of the bigger guns (he had to stand behind me so the kick didn't knock me over) Spencer took our gun and helped Emma shoot. Em wasn't to sure about it at first but quickly warmed up to it. We also got a chance to do some skeet shooting. B and Dave weren't to shabby. I missed by a mile, I think, I may have closed my eyes. Altogether we went through about 3,000 rounds.

After shooting we headed to Spencer's

apartment for a little BBQ.

He grilled us up some deeeelicous steaks (sorry crystal).

While we were eating Emma kept disapearing

into Kurtis' room and climbing into his bed

to go "night-night". After seven, her bedtime,

Emma begins searching for places

to go to sleep.
