The Farmers Market

I've been dying to go to the farmers market and today looked like a promising day. Meaning Dave didn't work last
night and we had no plans (sorry B for stealing dave). We hit the market

early hoping to avoid the heat and major crowds. We pretty much
succeeded in both. It was a ton of fun. I loved all of the samples of
fresh fruits and veggies, cheese, salsa, fresh baked goods, marinated
meats etc. etc. The other booths were fun to look at too. Dave
bought Emma a cute little bracelet. After browsing for an hour
or two we shared a navajo taco and then headed to the
gateway to cool off in the fountains. Emma liked it as
long as she wasn't in direct aim of one of the spouts.
She probably would have like it more if it hadn't been
nap time. It was a good day. The rest of our week
was pretty average, filled with walks (went really well this week),
park time, story time at the library, a drs. apt (baby is doing great)
and such. The only downer is Dave has been working a lot. He is trying to cram all of his hours into a few days
so he doesn't have to take vacation time. Crazy boy.

Sounds like so much fun. Don't worry, we'll steal Dave to help with tiling when we do our kitchen (after boating season is over).
